Q. How does it
work? |

Q. How do I submit my web site information? |
Once you have purchased your style, you will
receive via e-mail a "Request for Web Site
Information" form that you will need to
complete. This form will contain specific instructions
on how to submit your information, including text and
images, to us.

Q. How long will it take to design my web
site? |
|
We guarantee that your web site will be ready
for you to review 72 hours after you have submitted
your "Request for Web Site Information"
form. If it isn't ready, we promise to give you a
$30 rebate - no questions asked.
It
is important to note that the 72-hour period
effectively begins once we receive your form along
with all your web site material. We will send you a
confirmation e-mail letting you know that we have
received it.
We,
therefore, encourage you to take your time to ensure
that you collect and prepare all the information you
want to publish on your web site before submitting it.

Q. How many words can I have on each page? |
You may have up to 1,000 words on each page.
Remember, it's always a good idea to keep your web
pages as "light" as possible. This enables your
customer to download and view your web site easier and
faster.

Q. How many images can I have per page? |
You may have as many as 5 images per page. This
does not include the Page Image [the
image that appears above the Section Title].
For example, if you have a section titled "Products",
and you have 20 products to showcase, you would
require 4 web pages for the section.

Q. How do I review my web site? |
Once we have created it, we shall send you, via
e-mail, a unique URL where you can review your web
site.
|
|
Q. How much time do I have to review my site? |
You have three (3) business days to approve the
site or submit changes once you have been notified
that your web site has been created. If you do not
respond within three (3) business days the site will
be considered complete.

Q. How do you deliver my site to me? |
|
Once we've
created your web site and you have approved it, we
deliver your site to you two ways.
First,
we will upload the complete site to a server or
hosting environment of your choice. Second, we save
your site on a CD-ROM that will be sent to you via
USPS Priority Mail.

Q. What is your Refund/Chargeback policy? |
|
If
you place an order and change your mind before you
submit a Request for Web Site Information
form, you may request a cancellation by contacting us
at
admin@a-biz-hosting.com. There is a $30 fee
associated with this that will be deducted from your
total. All refunds are sent to you within twenty-five
(25) business days, and are in form of a check.
Once we
have received your Request for Web Site
Information form, we consider the order
complete and production will begin on your web site.
At this stage, we cannot issue any refunds.

You

877.667.4603(TOLL FREE) Monday to Friday between
9:00am and 5:00pm PST.

Q. How do I make changes in the future? |
We always recommend that you keep your web site
current. When you're ready to update your site, all
you need to do is contact our design team at
admin@a-biz-hosting.com.
